Vision-60 System™

Introducing the first U.S. 60-minute, fire-rated, butt-glazed transparent wall-the Vision-60 System™. This system offers you what you have wanted for years-the ability to have a rated, continuously glazed transparent wall, uninterrupted by intermediate framing-without compromising the beauty and elegance of your vision. The Vision-60 System is ideal for transportation facilities-such as airports and train stations-retail centers, commercial office buildings, hospitals, schools and any other location where uninterrupted viewing would be aesthetically pleasing.

The Vision-60 System utilizes Pyrobel-60® fire rated glazing, manufactured by AGC Flat Glass Europe, and InterEdge's Quick-Frame™ or StileLite™ framing system at the perimeter. The glazing panels are separated by a maximum space of 4mm, which is filled with neutral silicone caulking-or other 100% pure silicone-and cured for a minimum of 30 days. Pyrobel-60 is available in maximum panel sizes of 4' x 8' and can be glazed either horizontally or vertically, but not stacked. Additionally, decorative profiles of aluminum, wood or steel may be applied to the face of the glazing to cover the silicone joints and add to the aesthetics of the surrounding area.
